yeah, i feel a bit awkward when at the start of the show they talk about their guest in the 3d person at his presence, that’s not exactly polite
in my opinion it’d be more ethical so to speak to introduce the guest right from the beginning so they don’t look like a stage prop, and involve them in the dynamics of the program
this show is just unreal!!!
Love the way how you played The Batter’s Box this time. Please do it more like that. cheers!
holy shit the robot is rad
no one knows over back in black? I geuss if you think analog sounds dull I can see how you could arrive at that….
this stuff is priceless. thanks guys so much.
that was amazing. Thanks so much.
i didnt think it could get no better
You can’t put a price on education like this. Incredible.
I couldn’t agree more with his opinion of Kevin’s sound. I heard the closest-to-album guitar sound to any band when I heard Kevin play in Sarasota last month. It was very close to the album sound. 3eb fans are missing alot nowadays, but I am excite for Kevin to move on with new material!
Great episode! Thank you
As always, great show, thanx. QOTSA Songs for the deaf - what an album!
7:20 Freaky!
Great interview, I hope more producers will do such things.
Loved it!
Holy hell….thank you for getting Eric Valentine on guys! Finding out that snare used by 3eb and QOTSA..awesome, I love that snare tone.
Incredible show as always! This is my favorite show on t.v. or internet. Top notch guests all the time, this was just wonderful information. You guys are great, very entertaining as well, keep up the great work!
Couldn’t quite hear any of the suggestions on the albums Eric recommend to listen to.
The audio with these is GAINLESS..Come on guys do some audio leveling and limiting to get the level hotter…Ta.
Great episode! Wasn’t familiar with Eric yet but now I’m a big fan – he has the creative ‘outside the box’ mentality that I admire. First I found Michael Stavrou (Mixing With Your Mind) and now Eric Valentine. Man, you can hear the great tones he gets with excellent mic placement… truly amazing stuff. Bravo.
“The tools are not as important as how they are used…” -right on the nail, they are just tools.
drumbella: wow.
Great Show !!!
