Minecraft Tutorial Series – Part 2 – Floating Islands
As requested, a new tutorial release showing my way to create floating Islands using the new filter option “Forester”, newly available in codewarriors Minecraft editor tool MCEdit. – Texture pack: Misa’s HD 64×64 – Tools used: MCEdit – Mods used: Zombe’s Mod Pack (Fly) If you want to generate your own map like I do (the flat sand map), then download Worldpainter and check the case ‘void’ when exporting it. Well here it is as promised, the full length version of the replacement of brake shoes. It seems my viewers have an interest in 2 things in particular, brakes and check engine lights so here are some brakes for you. To tell the truth I don’t do too many drum brake jobs these days so I’m a little rusty but the principals here are sound and should get you through a basic drum brake job. A couple of things to note here, I replaced the drums on this particular job but if you have enough “meat” left on the drums you can have them machined for a lot less than replacing them. Hey i was just wondering how to fix a drum thats frozen to the brake and i was also wondering on how to change a fuel filter thats on top of a gas tank on a 1995 dodge dakota slt??
@aode06 Very true and the way you isolate the cause of the pulsation is to find a safe area and pull up on the parking brake instead of using the brake pedal, if you feel a pulsation the rear brakes are warped, if not then it’s the fronts. Keep in mind this does NOT work on all vehicles (maybe 80%) as there are a lot of different parking brake set ups out there. Thanks for your comment.
another thing folks need to know,
when your pedal is pulsating, that does not mean the FRONT rotors are warped all the time,.
I have run into several cars, where the rear drums or rotors are warped.
Most of the time, a drum has never been turned, and can be turned to correct the condition,.
However ROTORS are best replaced, since they incur more heat than drums and removing material to correct this will just bring them to their death faster by having them turned.

Beware of MAZDA REAR VAN SHOES. They are the hardest in the world to do, ive seen the setup and to be honest, Its calipers for me or nothin, drums suck.

I was all pepped about changing my brakes by my self, but after watching this I have to let a mechanic do it….
@dogsgone From what I’ve seen, brakes are usually similar so it wouldn’t matter much which company made the car.
You never said what car or truck vehicle flavor, Chev , ford, chrysler you where working on. But a great video.

I just watch the mail for the rear brake coupon of $99.99, that includes drums being turned, new shoes and warranty.
Shoes are like $25 bucks,$10 brake cleaner, $35 to turn the drums, thats 70 bucks, so why not spend another $30-45, to have a shop do it lol.
